Shellbacks started as a simple idea:
Serve incredible food, celebrate our community, and carry the spirit of the Emerald Coast wherever we go.
Founded by locals with deep roots in the 850, we’re a Veteran-Owned Food Truck + floating AquaCafé Food Boat serving bold, vibrant flavors on wheels and on the water.
